Paul F. Hlubb Jr, CRE, MAI, SRA

Paul has been in the appraisal business since 1971 and is a veteran of both the fee business and institutional appraisal departments. Beginning in 1971 with McCurdy Lipman & Associates, he moved to Maryland National Bank, then First Federal S & L of Annapolis. He earned the SRA in 1976 and the MAI in 1978. From 1979 to 1999, he served as Vice President and Chief Appraiser of 1st National Bank of Maryland (now M&T Bank). Since leaving 1st National, Paul has been active in fee appraisal and brokerage in the Baltimore Washington Metropolitan area.

His experience includes the management of appraisal departments (commercial and residential), commercial loan underwriting, loan placement, due diligence, portfolio analysis and REO disposal. Paul is also a real estate broker and has been involved with various complex commercial property sales. He holds certified appraisal licenses in Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia and Delaware and is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate, the Appraisal Institute, the Urban Land Institute, the International Real Estate Federation and the National Association of Realtors.
