Appraiser
Principle Valuation Group is seeking a credentialed or credential-track Appraiser to join our commercial appraisal practice in the greater Central Pennsylvania region.
You will work directly with our MAI and SRA designated principals on a wide range of commercial valuation assignments including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and special purpose properties. This is a hands-on appraisal role with direct mentorship and a clear path toward designation.
- Conduct field inspections, data collection, and market research
- Develop and write appraisal reports under USPAP standards
- Assist with complex assignments including litigation support, estate planning, and FIRREA-compliant bank work
- Collaborate with senior appraisers on methodology and report review
- Pennsylvania Certified Residential or Certified General license preferred; Trainee license considered
- 2+ years of appraisal experience preferred
- Strong written communication and analytical skills
- Pursuit of MAI or SRA designation a plus
- Direct mentorship from MAI, SRA, and CRE designated principals
- Diverse assignment portfolio across all commercial property types
